1/2 cup butter
1 cup sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1/3 cup unsweetened cocoa
1/2 cup flour
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. baking powder
Preheat oven to 350F. Grease/flour an 8 inch pan. In large saucepan, melt butter. Remove from heat and stir in sugar, eggs and vanilla. Beat in cocoa, flour, salt and baking powder. Spread into prepared pan. Bake in oven for 25-30 minutes. Do not overbake.
Make frosting: frost brownies while warm.
FROSTING:
3 tbsp. butter, softened
3 tbsp. unsweetened cocoa
1 tbsp. honey
1 tsp. vanilla
1 cup icing sugar
Mix to make frosting.
